If an existing learner is enrolled in a new course, it is possible to have an email alert sent to them. By enabling Course Assignment emails, Northpass will send an email to notify learners that they have been enrolled in an additional course. These emails will be sent in the morning to any learner that had been enrolled the previous day. Follow the instructions below to enable this feature.

Step 1

Click on Communications

Click on the Emails tab.

Find the row for Course Assignment Email:

To turn on Course Assignment Emails, Click in Actions and Click Enable
