This article explains how to link multiple Northpass accounts for easy access using our Account Portals feature. If you have multiple Northpass accounts or need to create an additional one, follow these instructions.

Step 1

Hover over your school logo in the top left

Step 2

Click Switch school


Step 3

To either add an existing account or create a new one, click Add account:


Step 4

If you have an existing account, you can link this account by clicking Link existing account and continue following the instructions below. If you need to create a new school, start here.


Step 5

To link your existing account, enter your credentials for this account:


Click Link Account:


You will receive a confirmation that your account has been linked:


Step 6

You will now see all of your accounts listed and you can select which one you'd like to work in:


Create a new trial account

If you do not have another Northpass account but need to create a new one for a different use case or to do some development work, you can select the Create a new school option:


This will allow you to create a new 14 day trial account. Simply complete the trial form to get started:
