This article explains how to allow learners to add any in-person Instructor-Led Trainings for which they register to their Google Calendar.

Step 1

Click APPS

Step 2

Click Configure next to Instructor-Led Trainings

Step 3

Click Enable/Disable Google Calendar Prompt

Step 4

When registering for instructor-led trainings, learners will now see the option to Add to calendar after they successfully register for the event.
