These instructions explain how to track attendance for In Person instructor led trainings. There are currently two options for this: automated emails sent to registrants and manually updating registrant attendance by a school administrator.

Email Registrants to Confirm their Attendance:

Go to Communications

Step 2

Enable Instructor-Led Training - Attendance Confirmation

Step 3

An email similar to the one below will be automatically sent to the registrant immediately after their scheduled event session has ended:

Manually Mark Registrant as Attended:

Step 1

Go to Content in the top navigation bar. Click Instructor-Led Trainings.

Step 2

Click View Sessions next to a Training

Step 3

Next to the attended event session, select Manage Attendance

Step 4

Find the registrant:

Update their attendance status:
