This article explains how to edit a learner, instructor, or admin's information.

Step 1

Click People.

Step 2

Use the search bar to search for the person.

Step 3

To the right of the person's name, click on the Actions Icon and select Edit.

Step 4

4a. If the user is a learner, you'll be able to make the following changes (if applicable):

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

4a. If the user is a manager or admin, you'll be able to make the following changes (if applicable):

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Title
  • Bio
  • Profile Picture

Step 5

Once you're finished making changes, click Save in the upper-right-hand corner.
