The Northpass Support Center offers a knowledge base focused on equipping you with the necessary information to make full use of our learning platform.
Each support article was created to accomplish one of two goals. The first goal is to provide you with a step-by-step guide to accomplish a specific task within the learning platform. The learning path of each article begins on the first page an admin sees when logged in to the platform: the Courses page located under Content.
The second goal is to answer a question frequently asked by customers regarding the learning platform. Commonly asked questions typically deal with the benefits of certain tools and integrations.
Most support articles offer screen shots to accompany the explanations. Screen shots reflect the default view of the Northpass platform as it appears out-of-the-box. Your view may vary if you have any Apps enabled, or if you made design customizations to your school.
