This article explains how to change a person's permission from Instructor to Admin, and vice versa. The differences in role permissions are explained below.
- Instructor: Access to edit content, view and download reports for learner progress and quiz analytics, and resend pending invites in courses assigned to them.
- Admin: Access to all functionalities for all courses.
Use the search bar to search for the person.
Click on the person's name.
Click on the Actions icon at the top right and select Edit.
From here, you can switch between Instructor and Admin roles by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
Once you're finished making changes, click Save changes at the bottom.
