Northpass offers a wide range of Analytics. Some of the dashboards are available both in New, Beta, and Legacy versions. Today we will focus on our New and Beta reports.
Course Completion
The Course Completion report tells you if, and when, Learners complete the courses they’re enrolled in, in the form of a “Yes/No” response.

School Activity
This report gives you a holistic view of activation metrics, as well as insight into the number of users who have been active within your instance for a given time period.

People Leaderboard
This report allows you to see high-level user progress for multiple learners across multiple courses of your choosing via filters
If some learner interests you, and you want to see more detailed information about his courses - you can click on his name, and the Multiple Course Analysis report will show up with all detailed data regarding this user.

Learner Activity Ranking
This report will help you break down the most and least active Learners in your School.

Multiple Course Analysis
This report allows you to review learner progress, course attempts, and access dates for the courses in which they are enrolled. The report shows as well information about the last completed activity details (such as activity name, and completion time). By default deleted learners are not present in the report, but the “Show Deleted Learners” filter gives you the possibility to show deleted learners as well. The deleted learner is a Learner who does not have any data in learner columns, such as email, name, and SSO UID.

Course Popularity
This report shows the overall popularity of courses based on completion rate. It can help you track your best-performing courses and see, which courses need more attention.

Single Course Analysis
This report provides you with detailed, course-specific metrics to highlight the learner’s journey from start to finish. A drop-off chart also helps to identify which course activities are causing friction. When you click on the drop-off score column in a chart - you can see detailed names of learners who Viewed or Completed the activity.
