Deleting Admins, Managers, or Learners

Deleting a user will permanently and irreversibly delete their account and remove their access to your school.

Deleting an admin, manager, or learner will permanently remove all of their data from Analytics dashboards. The data cannot be retrieved once a deletion is completed.

There are two options to delete someone from Northpass:

Option #1

1. Click People.

2. Select a learner by clicking on their name to see their profile.

3. Click Actions & then click Delete.

 

4. A confirmation window will appear confirming your request to delete them. Click Yes, delete.

 

Option #2

1. Click People.

2. Find the user you'd like to delete and click the three dots found under Actions.

3. Click Delete.
