      Learner Activity Ranking

      This report will help you break down the most and least active Learners in your School.

      What is the Learner Activity Ranking?

      This report ranks learners from most to least active, based on their activity (views and completions) within courses.

      How to run the Learner Activity Ranking report?

      By default, the report will show you results for the last 30 days. You can apply filters to change what data gets shown. Available filters are:

      • Date Range

      • Course Name

      • Group Name

      • Email

      After setting up your filters, click on the refresh button on the right, and the report will be generated for you.

       

      You can download the report by opening the Dashboard menu under the 3 dots in the top right corner and clicking Download. You can choose the format of the file (PDF or CSV), and adjust some of its settings.
