      People Leaderboard

      Understand how your Learners are progressing across many courses.

      What is the People Leaderboard report?

      People Leaderboard is a report that will help you track your Learners’ total progress in all of the courses they are enrolled in. You can also check how many Learners are still working on their courses and how many have finished.

      How to run the People Leaderboard report?

      By default, this report will show you results from the past 30 days. You can apply filters to change what data gets shown. Available filters are:

      • Course Name

      • Group Name

      • Learner Name

      • Email

      • Last Activity Date

      After setting up filters, click the refresh button on the right, and the report will be generated for you.

       

      You can also download data from an individual dashboard tile. We offer the following download formats:

      • TXT (tab-separated values)

      • Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)

      • CSV

      • JSON

      • HTML

      • Markdown

      • PNG (Image of Visualization)

         

      You can also download the entire report by opening the Dashboard menu under 3 dots in the top right corner and clicking Download. You can choose the format of the file (PDF or CSV), and adjust some of its settings.
