      Single Course Analysis

      Get an in-depth look at the individual course data, and learn how Learners are interacting with course activities.

      What is the Single Course Analysis?

      This dashboard will help you better understand how Learners are interacting with the course and its activities. You can understand what the average progress and time to complete are. You can also view the Drop-off score, to see which Activities are stopping Learners from progressing in the course.

      How to run the Single Course Analysis?

      To run the report, you need to pick a course and its version you want to get the data on. You can also apply additional filters, like:

      • Group Name

      • Last Activity Date

      After setting your filters, click on the refresh button on the right, and a new report will generate for you.

       

      You can download data from an individual dashboard window. We offer the following download formats:

      • TXT (tab-separated values)

      • Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)

      • CSV

      • JSON

      • HTML

      • Markdown

      • PNG (Image of Visualization)

       

      You can also download the entire report by opening a Dashboard menu under 3 dots in the top right corner and clicking Download. You can choose the format of the file (PDF or CSV), and adjust some of its settings.
